Are your ice creams vegetarian?
Yes — all our products are 100% vegetarian. No gelatin, no animal rennet, no exceptions.
Do you manufacture your own ice cream?
Yes. Unlike many event caterers, we manufacture our own ice cream in-house at our Coimbatore facility, with a capacity of 2,000 litres per day.
What is your event size range?
We cater events from 50 guests up to 20,000 guests, planning counters and staff around the numbers.
Which areas do you serve?
We’re based in Coimbatore and serve up to 300 km, including Palakkad and across Tamil Nadu into neighbouring Kerala.
Do you provide full setup and clean-up for events?
Yes — our team manages the entire live counter service end to end, from setup before guests arrive to packing out afterwards.
Can we request custom flavours?
Yes, we can develop custom flavours for weddings, corporate events and institutional clients. Enquire in advance, as this needs lead time for development and testing.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, 30–60 days is ideal. For smaller private parties, 7–10 days. Peak season (Feb, Mar, May, Jun, Aug, Oct, Nov) books out faster.
Do you supply hotels, restaurants, or colleges directly?
Yes — we supply institutions including hotels, restaurants, colleges and movie theatres. See our Wholesale Supply page for details.
Is there a minimum order for wholesale supply?
Wholesale is quoted around your volume and delivery schedule rather than a fixed minimum — share your requirement and we’ll confirm the terms that fit.
